Original Delhi Aslam Tasla Chicken Recipe
Asslam O Alikum today I will share the recipe for Old
Delhi's famous Aslam Tasla Chicken which you can prepare at home exactly like
market you won't believe that you have cooked this at home and if you're preparing

family and friends so let's see how we prepared this delicious recipe First,
take 1 KG of chicken full chicken with bone you can take boneless as well but
bone chicken tastes delicious washed it well Kept it in a strainer to dry out
the water we need dry chicken time for 1st marination add 1 tsp of salt add 2
tbsp ginger garlic paste so we have added the ginger garlic paste add 1 tsp
yellow pepper powder yellow pepper powder is easily available in the market
still, if you didn't get you can use red chili powder mix everything well now
cover it and marinate as long as you have time Just keep this in the fridge it
will be so tasty let's prepare the 2nd marination 4 tbsp hung curd Thick curd place
curd in a strainer for 1 hour to get thick curd add 1 tsp cumin powder 4 tsp chaat
masala powder add 1/2 tsp yellow pepper powder 2 tsp tikka masala Its recipe is
also uploaded on my channel you can check out or you can buy from the market as
well then add 1 tsp black salt 1/4 tsp normal salt add salt according to your
taste half lemon juice don't add any water or anything just mix everything well
our thick marination will be ready don't add water at all mixed it well we
marinated the chicken for 1 hour and kept it in the fridge now, we will coat
the chicken with spices mix well do hit the like button if you're loving our

your family and friends we have mixed it well If you have a barbecue you can
barbeque it if you don't have you can roast it in the pan as well we took a
non-stick pan add 2-3 tbsp of oil 1 tbsp butter let it melt well Heat up too
much Keep the flame high then arrange chicken pieces like this please wait
until we get a golden color on a high flame then turn the side and get the same
golden color from the opposite side as well we got the golden color roast the
chicken on a high flame just like this then keep the flame low because we have
to cook it from inside as well cover it using a lid for 5-6 minutes on low
flame open the lid after 5-6 minute chicken is so tendered and juicy from the
inside as well and it is melted now take out the chicken in a bowl and let's
prepare the 2nd batch as well in the same way So our chicken is ready you can
see let's keep it aside take a bowl...its side to prepare the sauce take 150 Gm
fat curd half a packet of fresh cream 2 tbsp green chutney we prepare this chutney
by mixing 1 handful of coriander, 1/2 hand full of mint, 4 green chilies so add
this chutney add 1 tbsp home made chaat masala mix it well it is the same sauce
we add to Aslam Tasla Chicken that is also of the same color you must have seen
it...slightly green so the sauce is ready it's time to grill the chicken
because we need the barbeque effect exactly like market so take a grill net and
keep the flame high And arrange the chicken pieces on the rack burn it well
from one side then change the side until we get the exact barbeque-like color
then grill it from the opposite side as well so our chicken is completely
grilled take out in a bowl we will also
serve it in the same manner as Aslam Tasla Chicken is served now, add the sauce
over it you can add as much cream as you want it's time to heat up the butter for
this, i have used Agaro Hard Anodised Tawa melt 100 gm of butter in this Tadka
Pan now, just pour the butter over the chicken because the market one has too
much butter in it sprinkle some chaat masala you can increase or decrease the
butter quantity accordingly Just mix it so here it is... our Aslam Tasla
Chicken is ready completely market style and even better than this so soft and
juicy you can see serve it with Rumali Roti or Tandori Roti or you can even eat
it as a starter eat however you feel like It is best in the taste when you
serve it to your guest they will appreciate you so do try this and whenever you
