We will make Sizzling Gola Kababs at home We will add basic spices to it and our delicious and easy to make Gola Kababs will be ready i have shared a lot of tips with you in this Blog. You can make Gola Kababs without sizzler. Let's start making it First of all, we have taken a chopper machine And we will add meat to it Here I have taken beef, its weight is 500 grams I have cut it into small pieces Try to avoid the white part of the meat, which is a hard skin Otherwise, your Kababs will get spoiled First, we will make mince those who don't have a chopper machine, they have to make mince from the butcher shop But make a fine mince, not a thick one. Try to get it out of the machine once or twice, then it will be very fine Then you have to add all the other ingredients a handful of coriander leaves 2 to 3 green chilies 2 bread slices The moisture from the bread slices will be controlled and the Kababs will not break First, we will add these ingredients and chop it well So that the bread slices and green chilies blend well with the mince And here, the mince has mixed well with the coriander leaves and green chilies Now, we will add 1 tablespoon of ginger-garlic paste 2 medium-sized fried onions The taste and flavor of fried onions in Gola Kababs is amazing Also, we have added 1 teaspoon of green chili paste 2 tablespoons of thick curd The curd should not have water, it should be thick Now, let's mix these By adding curd, the Kababs will be very moist and they will not be dry But the curd should not have moisture or water The mince has mixed well, now we will add some spices 1 teaspoon of salt 1 teaspoon of black pepper powder 1 teaspoon of red chili powder 1 teaspoon of cumin powder 1 tablespoon of coriander powder 1 teaspoon of sweet soda this is a must in Kababs 1 tablespoon of lemon juice 1 teaspoon of garam masala powder and as a tenderizer, we will add 1 tablespoon of kachari powder If you don't have kachari powder, you can add papaya paste If you don't have papaya paste, then you can skip this Then you have to keep this mince in the fridge overnight Then you don't need any tenderizer but if you want to make it after 1 or 2 hours, then you can add meat tenderizer. The mince has mixed well with the spices The mixture should be smooth like this we have taken out the mixture in a bowl now, we will smoke it so that our Kababs are ready with a very good smoky flavor The coal is already heated we will add 1 drop of oil we will cover it immediately and let the smoke remain inside all the smoke will go inside the Kebabs and then our Kebabs will be ready Our Kebabs will be ready without Tandoor or Barbeque After 2 minutes, we have to remove the coal after that, we will add 1 tablespoon of Ghee. Here i have Desi Ghee, so i am adding that what will happen with Ghee? Our Kababs will be very juicy and moist and will be very soft and juicy not that they will become hard now, we will mix the mixture again and you have to mix it for 3 to 4 minutes Like i am doing you will get a good binding Kababs don't break like this the chance of Kababs breaking is gone It is mixed well now, we will cover it and leave it for 1 hour if the weather is hot, then I will keep it in the fridge now, those who don't have meat tenderizer. They have to keep this mince for the whole night the mince will become very soft with spices when you will cook it, it will cook very fast but we will leave it here for 1 hour 1 hour is over we have taken it out of the fridge now, we will prepare our Gola Kababs for that, we don't need skewers we don't need iron skewers if you have a straw or a pencil Clean it well you can make Gola Kababs in that way take a small portion in your hand and press it well now, insert the skewers and our best type of Gola Kababs are ready. It is very easy to make now, set its shape basically, the shape of Gola Kababs are 2 inches long and 1 inch wide all our Gola Kababs are ready now, the next step is to cook them to cook them, take 3 tablespoons of oil in a pan don't take more than this because when we are making raw mince Kababs we don't have to deep fry them we have to cook them we will cook them in a hot pan in a little oil then the mince of Kababs will cook inside we have to add Kababs one by one you don't have to touch them for a minute when you are sure that the shape of Kababs are firm then you have to change their sides after a minute, i am changing the sides of all Kababs and as soon as the space is created we will add all the remaining Kebabs now, we have to cook them for how many minutes maximum time should be 8 to 10 minutes you don't have to cook them more than this because 8 to 10 minutes is enough to fry and cook Kababs if you overcook them and cook them for more time what will happen? Kababs will become hard and Kababs will be spoiled. We have to keep Kababs juicy and moist maximum time should be 8 to 10 minutes you don't have to extend the time flame is medium low on medium low flame, Kababs will be ready because we have added meat tenderizer inside what will happen? Kababs will cook faster If you have not added meat tenderizer you can keep Kababs overnight you can keep Kababs for 12 to 13 minutes but you don't have to cook them more than this after changing the sides Kababs are ready you have to give your favorite color.
