much and some people are very fond of Samosas like me. Today I am sharing the
recipe of Samosas with you its feeling is like that which you might have eaten
before it is quite tasty. I mean you will say that these were one of the best Samosas
of our life. The
filling will be very interesting because we will make the Creamy Chicken
filling. The filling is fine and the method of making the cover is also a
little different today. Today you have to Knead the samosa Dough. In that the
thing is that actually you people Knead the Samosa Dough but when you fry it
they become Tough because
you people do not practice, so today we will keep the Kneading work aside.
Today we will make the cover of Samosas with liquid Dough. It is very easy to
make and it will save you a lot of time, so let's get the recipe immediately.
Let's start with whatever is inside the pan. You have to take 1 and a half to 2 tablespoons of Oil
and add 1 tablespoon of Ginger and Garlic paste in it and now you have to Knead
it lightly. Here it is okay not to add much Oil at all and now inside it if we
add Boneless Chicken then here I have 750 grams of Chicken. There are 3 piece and you have to
cut it into very small cubes, do not get big pieces done. You can get it done
or do it yourself. We will fry it, its color will change and the Ginger and Garlic
the smell will be lost, okay and this chicken will be ready here, it will be
fried, now we have to add some spices inside it, first add 1 teaspoon of salt, 1
teaspoon add Black Pepper, 1
tablespoon Ground Cumin, 1 teaspoon Crushed Coriander and this is what I have,
Chinese Salt, this is approximately, I am adding 1 tablespoon inside it and 1
tablespoon full We will add Green Chilli Paste inside it and about 3 to 4
tablespoon of Curd inside
it, about half a cup of whatever is there now, we will mix these spices and the
Curd will also get cooked and the spices will also get mixed in. The Chinese Salt
inside it is optional if you want to skip it. If you have then you can
definitely add, there is no issue but the spices are there only. If we go inside it, then here you
have to cook it for some time, after that what you will do is add some water
inside it so that the Chicken can be melted and then after adding water, you
will cook it for about 10 to 12 minutes. Whatever is there dump it on medium
flame and leave covered it here for a while it will become a little soft, we
have added very basic spices which are available inside the house, there is Black
Pepper in it, there is Salt, we have added Chinese Salt. If you do not have it
then you can leave it, I like its flavor a bit and it doesn't add flavor to the
Chicken, so I will add it. 10
minutes have passed and our chicken has melted and the water inside it has
dried up, so here we go. You
cook it a little bit and the water present in it will become completely dry, so
you have to take care that there should be no water inside it, otherwise your
filling will not be prepared well. In this way, it is necessary that you dry
the Chicken. Now what to do is that we have given it the flavor of Cream, so
here I will add fresh Cream. What
I have is half a cup. It's fine. If you have fresh home made Cream which comes
on top of milk then you can definitely add it. I have also used the same. If
not then you can buy cream from the market. You can take a small box of it, it
will be used almost half and here you will mix it. It will come close, you have to
cook it on a slightly high flame so that your material becomes completely dry,
there should be neither extra Oil nor too much liquid in it, at last you will
turn off the flame and this is the Capsicum that I have. These are three medium
sized Capsicum which I chopped very finely. It is not in the Chopper, it is chopped with hands,
with Kitchen Knife and inside it we will add a little Green Onion, about 4 to 5
tablespoons and now we will mix it here. What you have to do here is turn off the
flame. Mixing has to be done we have not cooked it much here, what will you do
now? All the
material is here, your filling stem is ready, so you have to put whatever is
inside a tray in a plate and spread it so that the heat in it goes out, let it
cool down a bit then what we will do is fill it. Look inside the sheet, a
wonderful filling has been prepared here it is very easy to make the filling.
But its taste is very
amazing and apart from this, if you want to add any other Vegetable in it then
you can definitely add it, so the filling of today's Samosas is ready, I put it
in a tray so that it spreads a little. Let it cool down and one advantage of
putting it in it is that if the water gets cooled a little If there is too much Oil, it
comes down, then you can take it out, but we have added Oil in it, it is very
suitable, apart from this, I have added homemade cream or fresh cream on top of
the milk. If you have it available, it is present in most of the houses, then
you can add it along with it. Good
flavor is formed, otherwise you can add half of the small box of Cream which
you get from the market, it is okay and after this, we did not add the
vegetables in it which are Capsicum and Green Onion, we melted it more. That's
exactly how it is, it becomes soft after cooking, don't do that. At the end, I just mixed it, what
will happen to it that its crunch will remain, so now we will cool it, now
let's go, we have to prepare the sheet on top of it, let's prepare the sheet
now, so you have made the sheet. How to prepare it is that first of all you
have to include 1 Egg in the bowl and Then
you have to include the Ground Cumin which is there, it is roasted, it is
approximately 1 teaspoon, you can use it, there is no issue and also you have
to add the Salt which is there, which is approximately half a teaspoon. It is
okay to give it and 1 table spoon of Oil will go inside it and I have this
water, whatever water is there, it is for this. Inside, I am just adding 2 cups, okay, that means
the measuring cups, I just have 2 cups of water, went inside it and now we will
add it, sorry, what will we do with it before adding it, okay? We will mix the
egg which is inside it, it will dissolve inside the water. What happens when
you add Flour inside it? So
whatever it is starts mixing with great ease, so what to do now, after mixing,
I am taking 2 cups of Flour in it. okay, you have to take clean, sifted, good
quality Flour. After adding, now you have to mix the Flour inside it and let me
tell you about the water, according to the measurement, how much thickness do
you want to keep it, so here you will keep mixing it well, the lumps will
disappear in it and it will have the same consistency. That is, I am adding a
little less water to it, not the whole amount, meaning approximately. About half and a quarter cup, it
has been prepared very well, this is the final result, I will show you one more
thing which will give you a good idea, this should be its consistency, that it
is neither too thin nor too thick, you have to keep it medium. What happens is that your sheet
is better prepared. Now what to do is to keep the flame off and inside the pan
you have to add the material, you have to add these 2 spoons of big ones as per
your pan, I have here in my pan i have spread it, it will spread easily if you
grease the bottom with a little Oil. You
can do it if you want, but there should not be much oil, now if you turn off
the flame, what will happen is that its sides will start cooking, this will
give you an idea that yes, the 1 side is ready here. we will change its side
very easily, this is what is above it. If
it comes off from the surface, then the same advantage of making it on a nonstick
pan is that if you also use a nonstick pan, then the sheet we have here is
ready, just take care of what you have to do that when you have to pour the Butter,
you have to keep the flame off. Sheets of fine thickness will be prepared. Now
let me tell you one more thing that when you have to pour the butter in it for
the second time, then you should have water lying in it along with some Vessel
inside the pan in which you have to make the sheets, first you have to cool it
a little. Its temperature should not be too high otherwise it will melt
immediately where you pour the butter. The
butter will start cooking and you will not be able to spread it easily. Okay,
then let it cool down a bit. After cooling it when you put the butter inside it
and spread it again, the butter will move very easily and it will have a round
shape. If it spreads inside then you have to cook it in this manner not much, cool
it to normal temperature, a little. You
reduce it, okay and in this way you have to prepare the sheets and with this
material you can easily prepare 16 to 17 sheets and with this we can make 30 to
32 samosas, right? So in this way you can prepare the cover of Samosas. Just keep in mind that its
thickness should be equal from all sides. Where it is a little thick, there is
a fear of breaking. But no such problem will come, you will solve it easily and
second when If you
want to make a sheet, then you have kept it with water. If you keep the pan in
the water, then it will cool down a little, its temperature will become a
little low, what will happen with that, when you pour the batter next time, the
liquid that is there will spread okay, this means that it will not start
cooking immediately, so in this way you will have a large number of sheets
ready. Now we have
prepared the sheets, now let's shape the samosas and then we will fry them. Now
let's prepare the Samosas. For that, first you have to cut the sheets from the
center this round. Is it in the form right, so for Samosas you have to cut it
in half, so I told you that your 16 to 17 the
sheet will be ready, when you cut it, then this is what you have, that is 32 to
34 Samosas will be ready. Okay, How to do it and in what way you have to close

one side, okay and take it towards the rounded side, here you have to apply a
sprinkle of Liquid Flour, then lift the other side and place it on top of it
and press it, okay slowly. If
you press slowly, what will happen is that it will join together as soon as the
slurry dries, then after that your Samosa will not open and in this you have to
take care of one thing that your sheet has to be held very slowly, you have to
hold it from the side Do not press, otherwise what will happen? Cracks may also
appear inside it. Is it okay to make this? The method is very easy but you have to take
precautions inside it, so here you put as much filling as you feel is necessary
inside it, then from the side here you have to press it and your Samosa will
get a very good shape. Your Samosas will be ready, so here I have prepared 15 Samosas
and I still have more than half the filling left, so you have 15 to 16 more
samosas ready, so what will you do now? We will fry it, so here you have to put
it in hot Oil, your Oil should not be too cold, medium. If it should be on a very high
side, then here we will put the Samosas. As soon as one side gets color, you
have to change the side of it. You can put the filling that we have made inside
