Beef Trotters Recipe

Assalam O Alikum Friends, Welcome to my new Blog. Hope you all fine. Today’s Recipe is Very Healthy and Tasty which is very easy to Bake and this on is very Famous in Pakistan especially in Punjab, let's start the recipe quickly. First of all, we will take 4 Beef Trotters. The weight of Beef Trotters should be around 4 kg and people have to get it cut from Butcher as per their wish and also here you guys have got it Grooved Bones Waite of 3 kg. It is mandatory to use the Grooved Bones. Because of the Grooved bone the test on the left gets doubled. Along with the Grooved Bone, it is also mandatory to use the Joint Bone which is called the Joint Bone. Now here we have 1 and a half kilogram of Beef Shanks. You guys have to cut into big pieces. You guys have cut pieces of exactly the same size. In this recipe, you guys have to use it and you guys don't use any other part of the meat at all. Now you guys have to take Onion from 5 1/2 grams to 600 grams and after that Cut it into big pieces and put it in Chopper and make a paste by adding half a cup of water. Now you guys have to keep the prepared paste aside, we will use it later, so let's prepare for the cleaning of this recipe. Let's put all the pieces of Beef Trotters in an open Vessel and pour them over hot boiling water and keep the Beef Trotters soaked in this water for 5 minutes. When the temperature of the water is a little down, then you guys have to scrub all the Beef Trotters thoroughly with the help of a knife. Of course, they appear very clean. However, these remedies can be cleaned but small hairs remain on them. When you go to the shops and due to it being left open, a layer of dirt gets stuck on the Beef Trotters and if you people do not apply that layer with scrub, then whenever you people prepare food, it will be in it. The smell will be left. You can clean with the help of the knife, and do not use too sharp knife in this method. By following the recipe, all the pieces have to be cleaned well but the hair lying on them has to be cleaned very well. It is very easy to make the Beef Trotters. If you do it very well then your Beef Trotters will be very perfect. When all the pieces are cleaned properly with a knife, then you have to waste this water. And once again we will put the cleaned Beef Trotters in an open Vessel and add boiling water to the Beef Trotters once again and after 8 minutes you with the help of hand clean all the pieces of Beef Trotters one by one, when the Beef Trotters is cleaned with boiled water in this manner, the blood will also be removed properly, now the Beef Trotters has been cleaned. After cleaning the now you guys have to put the Beef Trotters first in an open vessel. Here, keep in mind that while cooking the Beef Trotters, first of all you guys have to put the Beef Trotters pieces in the vessel, after that you guys have put the Grooved Bones Now you people have to put the Beef Shanks on the top, now add 4 to 4 and half liters of water in it and add Garlic Ginger paste equal to half a cup equal to 7 to 8 table spoons and 2 big sized Cinnamon Sticks. If the stick is small then you will use, and 4 big size Cardamoms and 1 big size Star Anise, and 4 pieces of Bay Leaves. We have to use big size bay leaves and add 2 tbsp of Salt in it. There is no need to stir the pan, just cover it and cook it on high flame till it becomes soft and Until it boils, you guys have to reduce the flame. After boil you guys have to cook for 6 to 8 hours or till they are cooked. After 3 to 3:30 hours, you guys have to check the Shank Beef. if Shank Beef it has melted well then we will take out all the pieces of Shank Beef. At this stage it is very important for the Shank Beef to come out, it will reduce in size and it will cook quickly If you people do not take it out then the Shank Beef which is there will dissolve in the fat of the Beef Trotters and that's why we put the Shank Beef in the pot at the end. you can see that the Shank Beef have been cooked perfectly. They will be taken out with great care and after covering, you people have to keep them on the shelf and when to use them, I will share with you later. You guys have to cover the Beef Trotters and let it cook till it melts. While the Beef Trotters is cooking, you will definitely check it once or twice in between. It will take me 6 hours for the Beef Trotters to melt. The Beef Trotters have melted like cotton. Coming to this stage, you people have to take out all the Beef Trotters and Grooved Bone with great care and also the standing spices which we have added. They will also come out at this stage, their quantity was just till here and we will keep this Soup on the side, we will use later, now we will 1 and a half cup of oil in an open Vessel and add the prepared Onion Paste will also be included in it, along with this we will also add 4 to 5 tablespoons of Garlic Ginger paste and fry it well on medium to high flame until the Onion water becomes dry and the smell of Garlic Ginger goes away. When the Onion and When the raw pan of Garlic and Ginger is finished, then you guys have to add 1 tablespoon of Salt to it, 3 tablespoon of Coriander Powder will be added to it. 1 tablespoon of Garam Masala powder and half a tablespoon of Turmeric Powder in this, we will also include 3.5 tablespoons of Red Chillie powder here and will include one tablespoon of Kashmiri Red chilli. We will include Kashmiri Red Chilli only for the color, if you people don't have it then you can do it with that also. Now you people have mixed all these spices on medium to high flame by adding by little water. In the Market same Spices are used that is why only these spices are used in it, no secret spices are used in it, nor are Tomatoes and Curd used. When the masalas are Roasted well, then you guys add it to it. You have to add the cooked Beef Trotters. When Spices are well cook then here you add cooked Beef Trotters and have to it well while shaking the pan. But you will not use a spoon at all. When the Beef Trotters is roasted well, then you people have to include the Soap of Beef Trotters in it and also you people have to include the Grooved Bone, you people have to include them. Don't use those bones and after coming to this stage, you guys have to include cooked Grooved Bone also. Now with the help of a spoon, gently flatten it from the sides. And cover it with lif and let it cook for 30 to 40 minutes on medium low flame. After 40 minutes we will turn off the flame and add 1 tablespoon of Garam Masala Powder and Mix it well by stirring with a spoon. Here, note down a tip that when you start adding Soap to it and you feel that there is less Soap in it, then at the stage you can add water it as per your wish. You can also add plain water to make Beef Trotters exactly like the market. We will keep them thin because as they cool down, they will get a little thick. So, our very tasty Beef Trotters is ready. And exactly like the market-like beef Beef Trotters, which we have prepared in Lahori style. The authentic recipe of Beef Trotters which is used in hotels and restaurants etc., Tomatoes and Curd are not used in it at all because it is a Soup. It has a lot of energy and should be eaten 2 to 3 times a Month in winters. People who are underweight and do not have any Blood Pressure, Cholesterol or Heart Disease should eat it once in a Month, then their weight may increase. It is beneficial for your body, but if you use it too much then it is definitely not good for your health. Beef Trotters is also called the famous breakfast of Punjab and Punjabis eat it very fondly.
