Pickle/Achari Lentils Recipe

Assalam O Alaikum friends, how are you all, Welcome to my new Blog. Today we will make the recipe. It is easy, first of all you have to take such fresh beautiful Pearl Skin Green Chillies, let me tell you that Green Chillies has many times more Vitamin C than Lemon and Orange, so keep it in use, let's cut it from up to down. So that we will know that it is not bad from inside and we will also have to put filling with Pickle Masala in it, and for Pickle Masala we will take 1 teaspoon of Fennel,  half teaspoon of Cumin Seeds, 1 teaspoon of Fenugreek Seeds, 1 table spoon of Coriander Powder, half teaspoon of Kalonji, half teaspoon of Salt, half teaspoon Turmeric Powder, half  teaspoon of Crushed Red Chilli, and know I will add 1 and half table spoon of Mustard Oil, know the spices are complete which we put inside the pickle, okay, it has a very strong flavor, it is very tasty. Now we will do the mixing of it, our Pickle Masala is done very well but still we have to do a lot to it, to test it with our hands, a lot has to be done to increase its taste. Now let's take the Green Chillies and fill it with this Pickle Masala Inside it which we had cut, we have to fill them, not too much, just a little bit like normal, the chillies will be ready. But we have a lot of Pickle Masala left, which we will use in a very wonderful way and the all Lentils  will have such a flavor that everyone will enjoy. I take 1 cup of  Yellow Lentils and 1 cup of  Red Lentils and I wash them was very well.  And i have Soak it for at least two hours. Okay, now I will put in karahi both of Lentils and also add i will add 2 medium sized Onions which I had cut into long pieces, and also i will add Ginger & Garlic paste in it, 1 tablespoon is fine, the next thing, we will add some spices in it, the spices will go from basic, here i will add 3 teaspoons of Salt in it. Okay, 2 tablespoon of Red Chilli, 1 teaspoons of Turmeric Powder in it, and 4 Glass of Water in it. And we have to Mix it well, now I cover it with lid and let it for cooking. If you want to do it in a Pressure Cooker, then you have to give 5 Whistle. If you want to cook it like this, then it will take about 20 to 25 Minutes. Okay, what we will do during that time is that we will Prepare our Tadka, take a Pan and take some Cooking Oil in it, about 3 to 4 tablespoons, keep the flame low and put all these spices. Which i had left over, i will add Green Chillies which one I fill it, we will cook it a little bit on low flame, it will be very wonderful, you will also smell the Aroma, it is cooking here in a very wonderful way, now the Chillies which we had puffed up, now let's add a little bit of long cutted Ginger here, the Tadka will be ready, it will be fine, now let's keep it on the side, now Lentil is ready and I  am adding here in Lentil, 1 tablespoon of Coriander Powder inside it which will be the star. Half teaspoon of black pepper, half teaspoon of Cumin Powder, 1 teaspoon of Mix Garam Masala which also contains Nutmeg and Jyotri, i do it well by mixing it. You can make it as thin or thick as per your preference. Now you have to add Ghee or Oil inside it. When you get the required amount, i add 2 Cooking spoons which are used for cooking. About 1 cup of Cooking Oil. Mix it well. The flavor will come out. Now that this Lentils is done, and no need to cook, now i add the Special Tadka that we had prepared, Pickle Tadka, inside it, it will bring such Flavor and Aroma, now at the end i will add coriander on it and We will mix it, you have to keep it a little thin, you have to keep it running, the recipe of Pickle Lentils is ready, the recipe of Achari Lentils is ready, Thanks for visiting on my Blog
