Afghani Chicken With Delicious Gravy

So to make this, first of all we need about 800 grams of chicken and after washing the chicken thoroughly, we will marinate it, then add 1 teaspoon of salt in it, 1 tablespoon of ginger paste and 1 tablespoon of garlic in it. We will add the paste and add 1 tablespoon lemon juice, mix it well and keep it for marination for 15 to 20 minutes. While our chicken is getting marinated, we have to prepare a masala here. We will take a handful of green coriander and half a handful of mint, wash them thoroughly and grind them in a mixer. We will put it in the jar. Now we have to add a medium sized onion, which we will chop and put it in this jar and now according to the taste, we will add green chillies. I have taken 9 to 10, if you like more then green chilli quantity is fine. You can increase it or take it according to the taste. We will put 16 to 17 broken cashews in it and make a fine paste by adding a little water. Grind it very smooth. So in this manner I have made a fine paste of it. Let's keep it aside. Now take a bowl and prepare a merit in it. That is we will add 250 grams of curd, it is plain, not sour or sweet and we will add one cup of fresh cream in it, that is 250 grams of fresh cream. If you want you can also use milk cream. Now we have prepared the masala, we will add this masala in it. 1 tablespoon we will add Kasuri Methi in it after crushing it a little as you like so that its flavor gets released better and along with it we will add 1 tsp black pepper powder in it. I will add 1 tsp garam masala powder and will add chard spice powder and all these ingredients If we mix it well, then all the ingredients get mixed well. Now we have to put the chicken that we have kept inside the magnet, so either I will put this inside the chicken or put the chicken inside our marinate, transfer it cleanly and mix it well and cook it again for 15 to 20 minutes. if you have time if there is no time for mention, you can cook it directly. So now let's cook the chicken. If you fry then take a pan, then you can take a grill pan or a normal pan, whichever you have before coming on the first day. First take the bill and add about 2 tbsp of oil in it and when the oil gets hot, we will put the chicken pieces in it one by one. We will take out the chicken pieces from the gravy through a net and put them in the pan like this. as much as it is marinated. Let it remain inside the bowl because we will use it to make gravy later, from this year onwards i will put it in the pan in six and a half inch pieces.
