Balochi Sajji Recipe

Everyone likes to eat Sajjis, but making market-like Sajjis at home was a very difficult task, but today i am presenting to you a very easy recipe that even a small child can easily prepare. This recipe is available in the market, how it is made and what Spices are added. Today's recipe is in the name of all my friends, please do so that friends, today we will make a very special recipe. You will not find such a recipe by searching YouTube. You will not find a 100% commercial recipe. 100% will go to whatever Sajjis are available in the market. We will make 3 of these. To make 3 Sajjis, we have prepared 3 pieces of chicken here. Take a big Vessel and fill it with 6 tablespoons of Salt which is common in the house. After adding Salt, we will add water in it. We will keep the quantity of water so much that all the 3 Sajjis we have can be dipped in it. If you want to make 1 Sajji, then use water accordingly and use this head here. I have included half a bottle of Vinegar. This will be approximately 1 Glass, i have included Vinegar here that if you want to make a Sajji then it will take 2 tablespoons of Salt and about a quarter glass of water. If you apply Vinegar in it or say half a cup of Vinegar, then after adding both these things, we will solve it very well. I am telling you this 100% commission recipe. I am 100 percent sure if this Schezwan commercial. If not then I will accept the fine you will impose or we will have 3 Sajjis, one Sajji of 1200 grams, then we should include 3 table spoons of Ginger and Garlic Paste which is the recipe of Old style Sajji, it should include Ginger and Garlic Paste. It is not just that Salt is applied but now it is a commercial recipe in which it has become successful. I am sharing this with you. Whoever shares this Sajji can see that the Sajji is cooked only with the skin. It happens that when there is skin with chicken, it becomes very tasty, I know the market in Lahore and i can guide you all here. You will get skinned Sajjis. When you enter the printer market, go right in front to the Mosque. Cross the Mosque and go to the dirty drain. Those who live on the website of Printer Market will answer the dirty drain. If you try your best then there will be four to five shops right in front  from there you will get this Sajji for about Rs. 350-400 per kg. You will get it with skin and it is completely clean and fresh. There is no comment on this. Whatever is on it is not there, we will clean it with the machine and give it to you, you will get fresh Sajjis. Arrangements were made from the back side of the printer market, we have dipped the Sajjis in this water, we have soaked all the 3 Sajjis and now we will soak it for about six hours. Similarly, after soaking the Salt head and Ginger-Garlic in water, after 6 hours, we took out the Sajjis from the water and dried it. How to dry it, do not wash it in any other water. Don't do this at all, just take it out on your stretcher so that all the water inside it comes out, squeeze it and it comes down, it should be completely dry. Now what will we do, fry the rest of the big filling in this manner. Will take and I got this stand made for making empty Sajjis at home, then the Sajji will start getting the desired flavor.   I made this juice. If you make a solution of it, it will look more beautiful. 2 by 2 is the best distance. Make it bigger than this. Now we have to prepare the Sajji masala. So much Sajji is getting ready. Let's prepare the masala. We have taken 2 tbsp Coriander. Similarly, we have taken 2 tbsp Cumin seeds. 1 tbsp Pomegranate Powder. 1 tbsp Crushed Cchillies. 12 large Cardamoms. We have taken 1 tsp Salt and 1 tbsp Black Pepper, these Spices, Cumin, Pomegranate, productivity, Chilli, Black Pepper, Salt, now Cardamom is 8 to 10 Pieces, 2 Pieces of big Cardamom, make this perfect recipe a Masala for all ages, you remember that adding any suggestion to the Masala recipe is so powerful. Masala is not used. We will grind it. After grinding the standing spices, now we will include in it, 2 tbsp Chaat Masala, we will include Potatoes which were included in Chaat Masala. After this, mix it very well so that when all the Chaat Masala gets mixed with each other, grind the Chaat Masala, that is why i did not include it in this servant, it was already ground. When the Sajji masala is ready, it takes hours for the Curd to get cooked, that when is done, then we have to take this stand flat and see this, we will put it in this way like we make a stand. It will take about an hour. If you cook it on low flame, it will be amazing from inside. There will be no mistake in it, there will be no water, no blood. It would take about two and  half hours, but it will be so delicious that if you eat it, you will always remember it. Will you say that you have become a very powerful secretary? this Sajji is ready, we have not cut it, we have allowed the Sajji to remain alive, we have cut it ourselves. I had cut a little on chest piece so that it should be merinated from inside. Now we will apply lemon on it. It is used extensively in lemon juice. If you apply four-five lemons in a Sajji properly from all the sides, then it will have a wonderful flavor will come, its skin looks very interesting, we made the masala of Sajji, which we also tell you while grinding, we will sprinkle it on all sides and make good days so that you can use as much Masala as you like, we will apply masala all around, , our very amazing Sajji dish which is chicken is ready.

Now how to prepare this Rice, the special decorated rice has something special in it, I will share with you that in one hour in a pan, we have prepared it using cooking oil. You have to take about one cup, a small one, a normal cup is used in homes, they use the glass one, they just tell people that the scale of time does not come, the scale of time is understood by the wife very well because she often makes these things. After this we will include in it one thing, Flower of Meditation, a little Black Pepper, take 2 to 3 Fateh and Cumin Seeds, 2 to 4 pieces of Cloves and one big Cardamom,. We will include 2 to 3 Cardamoms in it and immediately after cutting it, we will add a big sized onion into it and include it in a fine tree size and along with the onion, we will fry the Garam Masala which is the standing Masala. A 100% perfect and commercial recipe, you get it in the stock market like this, perhaps you get Rice, you get Biryani, I talk about Lahore and I Bust famous Sajji, we get this along with it, we will also include 1 tablespoon of Ginger and Garlic paste in it. We will cut a big size Tomato and include it in it. But what is normal is what is used in commercial. Now we will include in it that a little bit of Curd is added to it and this is equal to a big Tomato. We will add the water in rice. Include the scale according to it. Here, include it according to the size of your Rice and there is a difference in the water of each area in the rice of each area. In some areas, rice is cooked well in the company and in some places more water has to be used. Now in this we have included 1 tablespoon of Salt and in this we have included Basmati Rice which we had Soaked for 15 minutes before the shutdown so that it can be included in the country and the purpose of this is to give you information about it. The method is to be given, we will also include 6 to 7 Green Chillies in it and now we will wait for it to start getting prepared and the water will be dried from the Rice. Now we have to apply it, at the time of applying it, we will include it. We will color it with Orange food color, which is the color of Biryani. And after adding the color, we will incorporate it well. We will add Mint. We have separated the leaves, the taste will remain till one part of it is ready, we will add it to get the taste, now you can add less also if you do not like much and we will add a little Onion in it which is the pride of frying Onion. We are adding Onion to it and now we will let it stimmer for about 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, our rice is completely ready. Let's mix it well. We will make very amazing rice, each Grain is different, the taste of quarter inch los will also be very interesting, I will show you a special one, we will also disassemble the Rice, you will believe it.
