the Recipe,
let me
tell you that in my 25 years of experience, this is such a unique recipe that
perhaps you people have not heard of it, so let's start. Friends, first of all I have
taken 1 kg of Bitter Gourd and start cutting it.

In this way you have to make an incision and take out the
pulp inside it. So friends, let me tell you that eagles remove the upper skin
of it. If it is there then there is no need to remove it, there is no Bitterness
associated with it. Even without it, if you make it with it, if you make it in
our way, you will not feel any Bitterness at all. Now a you have to take out its mace
with the help of a spoon. If a spoon is not available then you can do it with
the help of hand also. So friends, the method is easy to cut. This curry is
very easy to cut,
you can cut it, our Bitter Gourd has been cut,
now let's add it in a bowl, we will add two table spoons of Salt in it and we
will cook it for 10 minutes. Now
we will mix it well in such a way that the Salt inside gets absorbed, then meet
us after 10 minutes. It has been almost 10 minutes. We had kept it after
sprinkling it with Salt, now it should be mixed well. We will mix it in this
way and knead it in such a way that the grains of Salt get mixed well in the
middle and the Bitterness or water in it comes out, then after this process it
is we have washed it
thoroughly, we have washed it with about three waters, so now we include it in
this force, the Bitter water of this comes out of it through the Salt, now let
it be included in this water you have to wash it thoroughly inside so that the
effect of Salt gets gelled well inside it. After washing it in it you have to
take one more water. Now let's put it inside it in three waters after washing now we take it out
inside a mesh strainer so that the water in it gets evaporated well, then its
water has softened, now we add it inside the Bowl, we will add Curd in it. So,
we have taken 250 g of Curd, we will include half of it in it, this is a trick,
we have taken 1 Onion of approximately small size, we have grand it, made a
paste, this is also included. Let's
do this, we have added Onion paste in it, this will Neutralize the Bitterness
of Bitter Gourd, now we will include Spices in it, our Spices are, we will add 1
table spoon Coriander Powder in it, half teaspoon, we have started adding Turmeric
in it. And this is Indian Turmeric, you can also use Pakistani Turmeric, half
table spoon, we will add Red Chilli Powder in it, Salt, we will start adding
half teaspoon later. According
to your taste, you can include 1 teaspoon of Black Pepper Powder in it, 1
teaspoon of Double Pepper in this, now we will mix it well, then we will keep
it for 10 minutes and we increase on to the next step If you chop the Tomatoes then I
have taken 250 g of Tomatoes. We will chop it finely. You can also add its Paste.
So I have taken 3 pieces of Onions. This is also about 250 g. If we chop these
finely then the Onions and Tomatoes are already chopped. So we have taken a
beautiful pan, in it we will add 1 cup Oil, then our Oil has become hot at this
time we will add 1 table spoon of White Cumin and We will fry it a little bit and
inside it we will include 2 table spoons of Ginger and Garlic paste so we have
to fry the Ginger and Garlic lightly so that its color changes and the raw
smell goes away. At this stage we add Tomatoes and cover it for some time for
about 2 to 3 Minutes so that the Tomatoes become soft properly, then after this
the rest of the process is done. If
we tell you then stay with us, it has been about 2 minutes, we had kept it
covered now we will fry it well our Tomatoes have become soft, we will fry it
hard for 3 to 4 Minutes, so at this time but we will include this Curd which we
had saved and we have cooked it till the time when the water in the Curd has
evaporated, then see our Tomatoes have also melted well and the Curd has cooked
well. The water that
was there has also dried up, so on this stage we add the bitter gourd which we
had marinated. we have mixed it well with spices. Now we will keep it covered
for about 2 to 3 Minutes. So that the Bitter Gourd which is ours also becomes
soft and along with it the Spices which we have put inside it also gets cooked
then we will keep it on low flame for 2 to 3 Minutes. Let me tell you that I had told
about 2 to 3 Minutes but the Bitter Gourds were a bit hard, so on that stage we
added a little water it took about 10 Minutes, now the Bitter Gourds are almost
melted and i added it. I did not fry because the fried food is not good for Blood
Pressure patients, so if you give this method to Blood Pressure patients, they
will not face any problem. It
will not happen, there will be no effect on Blood Pressure, so now on this stage,
we have started including the Onion which I had chopped finely, now let's
include all this Onion in it. If raw Onion is included then Onion is included
at the end because the effect of Onion is sweet, hence its Bitterness is also
eliminated and the taste in it is if
you use it in this way, then you will know about its taste. we will keep it
covered at this time so that the Onion which has been added becomes soft. It
will take about 3 to 4 Minutes, it should be mixed for 3 to 4 minutes. It has
been about 2 to 3 minutes. The onion should also become soft. It's over and our
bitter gourds have also melted well, So on this stage we have started adding
one thing optional is homemade Butter, if you have it then absolutely use it we
are going to include 2 table spoons in it so we will mix it well and at this
point we will add some Ginger we will add this after cutting it and 2 to 4 Pieces
of Ginger for garnishing. We will also add some Green Coriander and mix it well
if you want to include Meat
in it, then you can definitely include Chicken in it, you can include Beef, you
can include Mincemeat, you can include almost ready Chicken Bitter Gourd, Onion
Bitter Gourd, Mince Bitter Gourd, now on this stage we had taken 2 Potatoes,
cut them into chops and then fried them. We
have added some Potatoes. You can add Potatoes. If you do not like Potatoes,
you can skip them. It is suitable for Potatoes. Let me tell you one more thing
that there is a lot of difference in the Bitterness of Bitter Gourd compared to
Potatoes and the Bitterness reduces to a great extent, then we will let it steam
for about a minute. So
that the Potatoes are already cooked but we will soften them a little bit and
